Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a globally-recognised symbol for non-visible disabilities, also known as hidden disabilities or invisible disabilities.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyards are a way for customers or visitors to discreetly let staff know they have a non-obvious disability such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, hearing impairment, visual impairment, and other disabilities that are not obvious, and may need additional support or extra time to access services, move through the venues and process important information.

Many places crowded or noisy or even unknown can be overwhelming at times for people. The Sunflower gives people with a non-visible disability the option to discreetly identify themselves to the staff knowing they will be offered support should they need it.

The Sunflower programme is optional and customers or visitors, either those with hidden disability, or someone travelling with them can wear the lanyard.
